    worked out on the elliptical for about 45 minutes. Felt good. I could feel the burn in my legs. :)

    Went to anytime fitness after work and got a quick run in. Much better than running outside in this really cold weather! :) When i got home i did a few exercises with my dumb bells. Overall felt good.
