    I stayed after rocky's weekend workout class for the ab workout. I'm definitely starting to feel myself getting stronger! :)

    Easy run at the rec before doing a workout class. I wasn't feeling as good as the day before because I kept getting side aches. But I pushed through and still went to a workout class.
