    did a few easy sets at 90 lbs after running, just trying to figure out how best to use the dang machine. trying to approximate an actual squat is really difficult.

    decided to take it easy since it's been awhile. did intervals: .5 mi run (5 mph), .25 mi walk, .5 run (5.2 mph), .25 walk, .5 run (5.2 mph).

    since i haven't been able to squat, my knees have started to get cranky when i run, so i decided to start using the leg press machine.

    angry ab muscle started acting up when i tried to go too fast, otherwise could have made better time.
