    Ran 1 mile solo and then 3 with Angie. Goal was 3 < 31 and did (28:45/9:30 pace).

    In addition to the miles, we did the stairs at Mt. Tom...this was about 2400 stairs...wheeeee!

    I have run out at SH so many times, but this was probably one of the best runs I have ever had on the trails. Great morning and fun group!

    A hot and steamy one. Missed the group by 20 min, so followed the blue trail. Blech. Legs are tired from the last 3 days.

    Yup - this pretty much kicked my a$$. We did the 3 Dunes Challenge. Parts of trails 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Ran with Angie and we had a nice time with the group.

    Then of course...breakfast! :)

    Ran with Allison tonight through downtown Valpo. Almost had to pull out my ninja moves when a little punk decided to mock Allison. Told him a few comments (no cussing) and carried on. Little jerk. ... read more

    Ran 2 miles at Sunset on the blue trail, and then headed to RL to meet the Mudathalon group.

    Sweat fest part 2: after training session was over I decided to torture myself a little more by going on a run around Valpo. Kept a decent pace and felt good.
