    We rode this trail up to the Chicago Botanic Gardens and back. Its a really nice ride. I hope to do it again soon

    This is all a guesstimate. We stopped a lot to take pictures and I was moving slow. After running two races already that weekend and only getting 3 hours of sleep the night before, I was DEAD.
