How do you fit in workouts when you're completely swamped at work? For the past week I've been going in to the office early, staying late, even going in on days off. I hope the crazy lets up soon, I'm starting to miss regular runs.


I think there'd be days like this even for the most experienced runner; so you can slack a bit. :)

Try not to let work take over your life totally Lida! You need some "me" time, it is important for your health! Exercise can be your "me" time, one on one with yourself to help prioritize your life overall, because without a healthy body everything else becomes not so important. Get those runs in!!
