The knee doesn't feel much better, so I did a short jog on the treadmill. Here's the good news: 50-mile goal for February reached! :)


Congratulations Lida, well done you are a rock star!! Time to take a closer look at your knee though, I am wondering if perhaps it is the way your landing your foot. Are you landing on your heel by chance, or are your running shoes either the wrong type or in need of replacement perhaps. Food for thought :) I hope your knee gets better though and that it is a simple fix.

Thanks Rob - I think it's just acting up from last week, when I got a little carried away by the excitement of progress :) I'm taking it easy this week but these rest days are killing me! I'm addicted :)
