Left knee was bugging me today, so did some hilly walking intervals. Also, I have a treadmill mental block. After about 12 minutes of running, I just HAVE to stop and walk for some reason. Makes no sense now that I am running 30 minutes at a time outside.


We all have our bad runs, don't let it get you down Lida. Look forward to your next run outside and see how you feel. If your knee still bothers you it may be time to take a look at your running shoes, there could be other factors involved as well, time will tell :)
