    New shoes!! Enjoyed the Pure Flows for 250 miles, but I think these will be even better.

      Verdict after 4ish miles: definitely less spongy than the PureFlows, but I do like them better (so far). My abnormally wide feet appreciate the extra space in the forefoot, and I like returning to the minimalist feel.

      I wouldn't run at lunch w/o a shower available either! I don't know how others do it!

    Either I have T-rex arms, or I'm too heavy for my arms, or something--but I literally cannot do a single real pushup. Will I get stronger if I practice with knee pushups? We'll see...

    I'm being generous to say it was half hiking and half trail running, but it was amazing. Also, I suck at distinguishing trails from cow pathways. Also, cow poop is huge.
