alright 2012第六屆臺南古都國際馬拉松(半) 21.1 km 02:15 10:17 pace
上週跑高雄馬右膝有些受傷,雖然經過治療但還是去買了護膝以防再受傷。因為腳剛好,不求快只要順利完賽就好。最後成績還可以!今天速度不快沿途可以欣賞古都的古蹟和濱海的風景。感覺很不錯!
