    Hard run.. it was hot and humid! First 10 miles averaged 8:30..last 3 I was fighting a side stitch and barely keeping a 10min pace.

    Easy slow couple miles on the treadmill to test out the knee. I've been having some sharp pains in it the last few days so I've been taking it easy. It felt ok.
