great friday night run 4.05 mi 00:41 10:00 pace
Good run. Hard to convince myself to go. Easy the whole way.

RUN
good 5.69 mi 00:54 09:28 pace
Felt great for the first 2/3 but the last bit was hurting. Went for 20 min warm up, 27? min tempo, remainder cool down. I felt a lot faster than this pace shows but still Garminless so who knows!

You still haven't found your garmin?! Hey I think running by feel is great, maybe better than with a garmin. But i sure do like to see those numbers :)

I like to run by feel too, but when it is forced I get cranky! I'm starting to think the watch will never be found. Moving sucks.

great Fremont ONB 4 mi
This was a great run. I had to force myself to stay easy. We're finally out of shorts season for good so I will be joyously spandex'ed for the remainder of the fall and winter (and much o... read more

blah Lake Union 6.5 mi 01:05 10:03 pace
After a couple weeks from hell my life should be returning to normal soon. No more horrible illnesses or 12-hour work days!
This run was pretty bad. I felt tired and slow and my foot was hurting. ... read more

alright death march! 6.63 mi 01:11 10:40 pace
Phlegm-y and achy. Not my best showing. I felt slow and horrible the whole time.
Used my new-ish handheld h2o for the first time (I thought I might be able to go longer and wanted to be prepared).... read more

Nice pace, especially being a sicky. I would have taken your help and been glad for it - we'll have to meet up for another race.

I've been so sick all week -- only today do I feel like my normal self. Also been working 12-hour days! I debated running after work today, but decided to go for a longer run tomorrow before h... read more

I've been laid flat by the flu, or a cold, or some combination thereof. Of course it had to happen during one of the busiest work weeks of the year. Exacerbated, I'm sure, by the hard rac... read more

Got there late so shorter warmup. Wiped out afterward so could only muster 1/2 mile cooldown.

RUN
good Issaquah Rotary Run 10k 6.21 mi 00:52 08:26 pace
Good for 3rd in my age group, even though this race was a little bigger than I'm used to placing at. The course was a flat not-quite ONB -- it went out and came back, but on slightly different... read more

Very nice, especially placing in a larger race! That Garmin needs to come home!

"Large" is relative!!! Normally I run the ones with fewer than 100 people so I can place (they are also way cheaper!). This one was not large by any means, just a little larger :)

great late afternoon run 4.7 mi
My legs were tired (thanks to lifting this morning I'm sure) and I was probably pretty slow, but it was a good one.
Have I mentioned how much I miss my Garmin?

I hope you find it soon! When will you get to Olympia to look?

Christian is trying to get me to lift. He's making me do it twice a week. I'm in on the condition that it makes me a lot faster. Okay?

RUN
blah not so hot! 2.78 mi
Had to cut this one short because of lady-cramps and nausea. Don't you love having a uterus? Glad I didn't have a watch of any kind because I would not want to see the time on this one.

Ugh! Sorry for that. I had surgery several years ago and DO NOT MISS any of that stuff.

Yuck, at least you got a few miles in! I had the same problem this am and the pain pills were just not cutting it this morning. Love your term: lady-cramps. Makes it sound so much more elegant than it really is! ;)

Wow hope you find it. Take cash next time; it sucks when you lose that too but at least a person who finds it won't have access to your bank account!
