Overslept and sore this morning, so I squeezed in 20 solid minutes of yoga at home before work.

The teacher, Molly, kicked our butts into gear. I never knew a kettle bell could be the source of such a challenging workout. I will be back next week for this one!

    alright Lakeview 2.46 mi 00:30 12:11 pace

Hot but not humid outside today. I tried to stay in the shade but walked for a total of 2min probably from being tired. This was a reminder of why I need to work out more.. it feels good to sweat o... read more

I know, it's so hard to dress for days like today. You either shiver for the first mile or sweat for the last couple. I'm with you - as days get shorter, I hope to do more cross-training to mix in with the running. I did serious strength training last winter and miss it!

Nice running lady! This will be my first winter in place that snows. Thinking about hibernating from long outdoor runs when the time comes, but we'll see!

Super excited for your upcoming 8-miler. I know you'll do great!

I don't think so either, I'm going to try to get in to UHS because it's the most accessible & convenient option, but I've heard some negative feedback about them lately. Any recommendations?
