good Treadmill at the Y 3.59 mi 00:34 09:28 pace

Pretty good workout. Would have been faster but my ipod stopped working. It's really funny to think how something like that can really mess up your mind during a workout.

  7. RUN
alright OK run at the YMCA 3.84 mi 00:39 10:06 pace

It was ok. Nothing really to jump and scream about but I did OK since I haven't run in about a month. Let's just hope it gets better from here.

  8. FIT
    good 01:05

Felt pretty good just to hit the weights again. Also threw a little bit of abs in there as well. Didn't like the fact that I am sort of starting all over but Rome wasn't built in a day. That's w... read more

  9. RUN
good Weekly 5K in Kuwait 3.05 mi 00:27 08:57 pace

  10. RUN
alright Treadmill run to start the week. 4.7 mi 00:46 09:45 pace

    blah 3.02 mi 00:29 09:30 pace

Don't know how to get my times down. I feel that I should be making progress and I feel that I am degressing. Maybe it's time for a break.

I don't know. I know that I run my first mile in like 7:30-7:45. Once I hit the mile and a half mark I just hit a wall. I think I'm starting off to fast and run out after that. Not sure but I am doing some research on runnersworld.com. Looking for more info. Thanks for the motivation though and keep up the great work on your end.

  13. RUN
alright Lance Armstrong running workout 4.54 mi 00:45 09:54 pace

Realized the reason it felt pretty good was because I was going at a much slower pace than normal.

  14. RUN
blah Weekly 5K in Kuwait 3.09 mi 00:28 09:09 pace

Was so humid that I couldn't breathe the last part. I am so in a rut and don't know how to get out of it. I really should get a running coach or something.

  15. RUN
    alright 3.2 mi 00:28 08:40 pace

I don't feel like I'm getting any stronger nor do I see any results. We shall see when I run my physical fitness test.

It's a workout that I found on Itunes. You warm up for 8 minutes, then you do a series of 4, 4 minutes intervals 4 minutes at 75-80% and 4 minutes of recovery time. Then you do a six minute cool down. It's designed to build stamina and endurance. It has worked for me so far. Lance Armstrong talks to you and it has some motivational music. Weezer, Audioslave, and a couple of other bands in there. You should check it out.
