So on that first run back from my sick-leave, I messed up my knee. Tried going again today but it's no use. Friday the 13th sucks.

I've been stretching and foam rolling. I had a kickball game Sunday and it hurts again so I think I'm out for awhile...don't know what that means for my half marathon :(
