Early AM workout at the Y followed by a 1 mile run, broke into two half-mile sections with a 2 minute walking break in between. I really need to push it harder, I know I can do more in the running department, its just that whole wrestling with my'self' thing that's rough.
Weights: All were done in 3 sets of 12 reps.
