Took out for a half mile run with the dog. Got through my first half mile, felt pretty good on a half mile cool-down walk. Decided to go for second half mile run, got blasted by rain. Finished second half mile.
I enjoyed it & the dog enjoyed herself until it was time to dry off -- not so fun then.
No gym for me on Saturdays, stick to home workouts:
30 push-ups so far today -- shooting for 50 a day by the end of January. Just do sets of 10 for now.
96 total crunches -- 3 sets -- 32 @ a time
DB lunges each side -- 2 sets of 15
