Did hills run today and I thought I was keeping up with the pace and pushed myself harder but ended up running 30 secs later than 2 weeks ago. I didn't feel light on my feet and my core so I think it's not my fitness, it's the food I ate. I've been on instant noodles & indonesian fried empek empek binging in the past few days. The food was so good though so at the end, it's worth it. Next run, I will watch what I eat and push myself harder.
