Really no idea how far I ran. Felt pretty good going uphill, but after a while started getting stomach cramps. And quads were hurting downhill. Hobbled the last mile.


Some runs are just like that, right? Sounds like you had a good attitude though. Are you recovering well from your 50-miler?

Yeah, I wasn't expecting anything amazing. Recovering well. The quads are still pretty achey but I can go down the stairs without holding on to the rails! So that's good.
