this humidity is terrible! so hard to breathe and my chest was so tight. took a few walk breaks - 1 per mile for the first 3, then 2 in the last mile. splits - 10:29, 10:20, 10:31, 10:52.


the humidity is brutal!! and worse in the morning, even though temps are lower. I still think it was a good idea to run in the morning, instead of later in the day! good job pushing through!
