holy moly that bike ride was quite painful. Teaches me to not be on the bike for almost 3 weeks and then go live at sea level for 10 days... ouch! My lungs were on fire and my legs felt like lead but now I got it out of the way. It probablly did not help that I saw Susan on her way back and I wanted company so I waited for a car to pass me and then turned around to catch her, problem was she had gotten a good quarter mile + ahead of me when I turned. I sprinted my heart out to catch up to her, eventually I did but boy did my lungs HATE that idea. It was nice to have some company and catch up. Glad I got my ride in today.
