It's been over a week since I have done a workout outside in the fresh air. I am feeling a bit couped up lately so I decided a nice walk along the platte might do me some good. So I bundled up and enjoyed the fresh air. Hoping next week I can get back to normal workouts again. Looking forward to the team workouts again, it's been WAY too long and I have missed them
