uuuugh stanley the stress bomb is back, I wish I could kick him to the curb and stop him from coming back on a regular basis. I know he want's a friend but frankly I wish he'd find someone else to pick on. So today was supposed to be a run but my heart just wasn't into it and my chest is feeling a bit scratchy so I walked most of it with a mile run in the middle. It was very nice to get outside and get my head out of the stress for a few miles. It was a beautiful moriing out, I even saw a coyote out meandering around (yes mother it was at a safe distance). I LOVE Colorado, today is beautiful and tomorrow we are expecing snow to move in.
