Well, this was supposed to be 2 min/1 min intervals but the intervals became "icervals" based on dry pavement and snowy/icy pavement.. So I decided to push my pace on the dry around (9:30 pace) and just take it nice and slow on the cruddy spots. For a person who Ice skated competively for 8 years, you think I would be more confident on ice, but unless there are white boots with silver blades with GIANT toe picks on my feet, I am a big fat chicken walking on ice. I saw people running on it, and to my surprise a few people on bikes, but I am just not that brave. It was nice to be outside.
