3 rounds of: 20 medicine ball cleans & 15 knees to elbows. I did shallow squats with only an 8 lb ball and instead of knees to elbows I did assisted pull ups.

Walking on the treadmill is MUCH better than trying to go outside!! Heat + Humidity puts us at 108°!! Hard to NOT run though!

I did a pregnancy kettlebell workout that was good & a lot of walking. I ran till about 22 weeks but not anything consistent (probably why I gained so much lol). Are you feeling good?

I usually only run until about 12 or 13 weeks. But I try to walk throughout. I am a very lazy prego person which is why I KNOW I gain so much. I just get such bad fatigue that it is hard for me to do anything.

Oh this was a smoker! Thanks K-Lo!! Between every 400 we did a set of Burpees, Crunchy Frogs, Spiderman pushups, Lunges and a Plank {25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 1}. It was FAB.U.LO.SO!!!!

He did! There were a couple spots he was scared he was going to tip over or fall into the lake! Though that wasn't ever the case, it was rougher than I'd like to take them on again... hope they clear it out soon!
