Oi! Not a great workout. Being exhausted, dehydrated, and unenergized certainly made for a less than fabulous run. Intended to do 9 miles, but 8 will have to do for the day.


Dehydration is a killer. Great job getting 8 in!

Yeah, i can vouch for you, you had an insane week. Good job in getting those runs in. I wont be able to help with the long run next week unless u decide to do it saturday (sunday is my race). Let me know.
