    Tried to run my Kirkland loop, but my left calf decided cramp up, so I limped home. Shitty.

    Last Friday I played volleyball and reinjured my lumbar. That slowed me down a little I think. It didn't hurt, but psychologically I was more timid. The warm humid summer acted as a parachute also.

    Good run, but my knees were tight and had to stop many times. I sucked on the asthma spray earlier and that helped. Since I've been sick for a week, I think I made pretty good time on this one.
