      Had an appt yesterday with the Sports Dr, he said to keep running 2 milers and will re-assess me on Monday. Keeping my fingers crossed he'll clear me on Monday.

      oh no. I'm so sorry. I was just reading in Runner's World yesterday that a sacral fracture presents as back pain and is often mis-diagnosed. I really hope you find some answers and relief.

    Started at about 47F, got hot as soon as the sun was up about 60F. So freaking hot. Was fighting cramps but I kept going to run it off. Painful but so worth it. A new PR for me.
