      no no no! Do not quit but take care of yourself and maybe see someone who can stretch you out so there is no imbalance due to tightness. Sorry that must be so frustrating.

      Going to stop running till I see a new Physical Therapist next Tuesday. Hopefully I can get relief from this back pain.

      Had an appt yesterday with the Sports Dr, he said to keep running 2 milers and will re-assess me on Monday. Keeping my fingers crossed he'll clear me on Monday.

      oh no. I'm so sorry. I was just reading in Runner's World yesterday that a sacral fracture presents as back pain and is often mis-diagnosed. I really hope you find some answers and relief.
