  10. #dailymission Simple, I wake up and run at 5am. My 9 yr old boy goes to bed at 9pm so I go to bed at the same time and I still get my 8hr sleep.

      That is great! I go to bed around 9:30 or 10pm and wake up at 5am to work out before work. Been doing it since I started my new job and it works out great for me.

  13. #dailymission What has been your proudest athletic moment thus far? When I ran my first 5k without passing out! :) True story! Not a joke! This was 7 yrs ago when I first started the C25K program!

    Still have a heavy heart after the Boston Marathon bombing especially for that little 8 yr old. That could have been my son. My prayers for all the lives lost and those affected.

      I don't think there is a runner in the world who didn't take this tragedy personally. And when there are children involved, it just hurts the heart even more so. I'll be hugging my boys a little tighter and a little longer from now on.

    Unofficial time. Off by 4 mins on my PR. Never really expected to PR this race but I could have. If I brought my own electrolytes. Cramps started at mile 10. I was hurting but glad I finished it.
