      yup!somehow, running shoes feel like they're "ok to spend for" while "normal" shoes are - you know- a "bad bad they're too expensive nono" LOL :D

    Felt pretty good for my 4 miler this morning. I was surprised with my pace. I wished I could have that pace for 26 miles :) but it will never happen.

      Ok look, you've come a long way since this summer, and long runs can be unpredictable... Don't let just one influence you!! A HM is great as well, I wish I could run that far right now, but give yourself some credit for all the work and another chance to decide !! 15 miles are 15 miles, always an amazing job!

    Just a short quick run, saving my legs for Saturday long run. Another cool weather here, 58F, a little warmer than yesterday but still pleasant.

    Gorgeous weather today! 53F with no humidity. Nice running weather. Felt really good out there at 5am. Loved it.

    Felt great today, felt rested. I skipped my short run yesterday and slept in. My body needed rest. Hopefully I will have enough energy for my long run on Saturday.

      Got to follow the lead of your body, smart to cut it short, these teach us lessons as well, you're stronger for it now. Not the end of the world. Get back at it next time when you're rested and nail it!

      Thanks Glenn. I am used to the humidity. I like to get my runs early in the morning before the sun is out. Otherwise it would be more harder to run with 90-100F temp and 100% humidity.

    Warm mornings are back, just can't get enough of it. There are only 2 seasons here in TX, summer and winter. Hopefully winter will be coming soon.

    Cooler weather = a better run. About 65F when I woke up at 5am. Much better run. I hope it stays this way and get more cooler.
