      TM's are boring. gotta' make the workout more interesting. I find them useful for pre-defined interval workouts. Hey- once you set that mill for a 7min/mi pace, you can't slow down!

      YES!!!!! Enjoy the run. We do it to have fun. Whatever you have to do -- just try to enjoy it and don't beat yourself up for no reason. NO point. You0re doing your best and that is what counts. And I shall remind myslef this too ;) Have fun!

      Enjoy the race! That's a good mindset. High five all the volunteers, chat with the runners, enjoy the scenery. There will be other races where you can really perform!

      Thank you guys! Yes would just definitely just enjoy it and not worry about results. Training for this half was frustrating. It was hard getting back to where I was at last year. Hopefully next year would be a lot better.
