    Start of my taper runs before my full Marathon on Dec 7. Still sore from my Sunday long run. Took it easy this morning at 5am. It was nice and crisp about 42F.

    After a 5 day cruise to Cozumel, Mexico went on a 5am run. So glad to be back home. Crisp 47F nice weather. Perfect running weather. Enjoyed every bit of it.

    Tried on my new shoes, felt a little different. Pain on my right foot went away, I still have pain on my left foot. But hopefully it will be better.

    New Kicks! NB 880v4. We shall see if this is better. Had my gait analyzed, turned out I don't need stability shoes anymore. I am more of a neutral runner. Sweet.

      Ok look, you've come a long way since this summer, and long runs can be unpredictable... Don't let just one influence you!! A HM is great as well, I wish I could run that far right now, but give yourself some credit for all the work and another chance to decide !! 15 miles are 15 miles, always an amazing job!
