    Just a short easy run today. A little cold and windy out there about 50F. Not really feeling good about this short run but its done.

    First run after the marathon. Legs feel fine so I decided to go out and run a quick 2.

    I have to admit, I walked a lot. Calves cramping and quads were in pain. Started my run/walk at mile 20. I am not really happy with the results but oh well. I tried and I finished painfully.

    Start of my taper runs before my full Marathon on Dec 7. Still sore from my Sunday long run. Took it easy this morning at 5am. It was nice and crisp about 42F.

    My 5am run, took it a little easy today. Temp was a little warmer (52F) from yesterday's run but still a pleasant run.

    After a 5 day cruise to Cozumel, Mexico went on a 5am run. So glad to be back home. Crisp 47F nice weather. Perfect running weather. Enjoyed every bit of it.
