    My 5am morning run. Not too bad. Felt pretty good the entire run. Did not feel tired or fatigued at all.

    Short run this morning. Felt pretty good, shorter runs are okay, the long runs are killing me.

      Step by step ... maybe we both just lost some fitness on top of everything, who knows. But glad this one felt good.

    On vacation. Went on a short run this morning while my family is still sleeping. Nice run by the coast. Feels cooler than San Antonio TX.

      Booo :-( I mean, terrific seven, but I am sorry you are still feeling that way. Maybe you need to give it some more time to "detox" from the high dosage? Maybe the heat? Maybe "just" a "bad day"? Hang in there, hope it gets better soon!

    Ran with Soler's Sport USAfit group. Great to see old friends. Haven't ran Scenic Loop for about 2 yrs. It was a good run hopefully I can train for another full this year.
