    Ran with Soler's Sport USAfit group. Great to see old friends. Haven't ran Scenic Loop for about 2 yrs. It was a good run hopefully I can train for another full this year.

    Another slow run, ran a mile longer than my usual 2 miler. So far body is getting used to running again. Feeling a lot better.
