    4 mile run this morning, ran the same route from yesterday and yep the Nike+ app was wrong. I stopped at 4 miles where with the Nike+ app it says 4.6 mile.

      I had the same issue when I used the Runmeter app. The routes were always longer than w/ the Garmin.

      Great job, Leo! yeah I've been losing up to 6 pounds for a run in this stuff, even drinking along the way (I'm over 200 pounds). Keep on working!

      They say that 2 to 3% weight loss corresponds to (beginning of) dehydration, as it is water most certainly. So Glenn would be on the verge of dehydration. As for you Leo, I don't know what 2 lbs loss represent, but you can do the math, right? :-)
