    Still one cool morning about 53F, very nice weather. Legs are starting to get sore after 3 days straight of running. Resting tomorrow and then a long run on Saturday.

    I know I ran longer, my Garmin lied to me. It must have stopped and restarted, darn GPS. Maybe I need a new Garmin. But anyway, 3 miles per my Garmin, a little cooler, felt good today out there.

      warm up with a walk, then sprint it hard for a short stretch!!!It will wake up the legs and release any unwanted lactic acid ;-)) Good luck Leo, will be thinking of you!!!!!More than everything, know that you have a great race in you; BELIEVE it!!!!
