Yes - I whine and whine, and then whine some more, about getting up at 5:15 to get to the gym in time for my 6:30 spin class. But I'm always glad I made it. Won't stop the whining, but at least I get there.

Today's class was a lot of climbing and cadence work. I really liked the set of climb intervals where we dropped to a flat sprint to work on getting our legs to flip over appropriately. Kicked my butt, but I enjoyed them. Shocker.

Hoping I can squeeze in class next Wednesday before I take off for vacation and then construction work on the apartment. Because I know I'm going to miss this class enough as is...
