After Tuesday's boxing class, I figured it would be a good idea to head over to the yoga studio to shake out and recover. And yes - I've seriously neglected my yoga lately. But I never imagined I would be wishing I had brought my hot yoga mat towel with me for a normal vinyasa class. But by the time I had finished my first set of salutations, I was dripping.
And 24 hours, I officially have "yoga butt". And yes, that's my official diagnosis. Never imagined those muscles could hurt this much!
