I was convinced I was going to keep my butt in the saddle for a double session, but when the sushi I had for lunch started to make a guest appearance in my throat I decided it was best for everyone in the room that I cut it short after one class instead.

Class was still good though: 10m heavy climb, followed by rolling hills and speedwork intervals.
