I was convinced I was getting up this morning to run an easy 2-3 to test out the foot but my legs (and upper body) did not agree. I'm still pretty wrecked from boxing, yoga and spinning these past few days. Figured it was still a good idea to get my legs moving and shake out before boxing tonight.
The more I walked the more I had to concentrate on walking "normal". I'm sure it was amusing to watch for some.
