It was on my schedule so I got it done, impending headache of doom be damned. Really trying to get a few "easy" cardio workouts in each week where I keep my HR in that ever-elusive 60-70% range in hopes that I can get to the point where I have to work harder and harder to get there and maintain it.
I even managed to spend all but 6 minutes in range, the only exceptions came when I was climbing the PITA hills between my house and Castle Island. With all the hills around here, it's no surprise Boston guys have such great butts, haha.
