Least favorite spin class, possibly ever, with my least favorite substitute instructor - it was akin to "aerobics on a bike". I was really looking forward to a structured training-style class with the regular instructor (pyramids, intervals, etc) but instead felt like I was going to blow out a knee cap with all the 2nd position jumps that she apparently loves so much.
One thing I realized though was that it's become very clear over the past year or so I've begun to make the leap from the casual spin class attendee to one that takes each class as serious as I had once taken my running and yoga. The next thought was "Greattttt...let's add another expensive sport to the roster, why not?".
