I don't care if my weather app says it was only 70 degrees at 5:15am -- the humidity was a wench and I could feel the fog just sitting on my skin. Gross! I felt slow, sluggish, and really annoyed that this will most likely be my coolest run all week. Oh, joy.

I'm also starting to wonder about leaving the dog at home on these runs. Stopping for all of the "smell breaks" is getting obnoxious. He's such a slacker.

Yes -- I'm cranky.
