And just like that, my first week back is over.
Tonight was one of those "if I don't go for a run right now, I'm going to lose it" kind of runs. I hate being driven out the door by emotions, but I love the extra little push it gives me.
Workout Breakdown:
Warm up - 5 min
Intervals (repeat 3x) - 30 sec on/45 sec off, 45 sec on/60 sec off, 60 sec on/90 sec off
Cool down - 5 min +
