6 AM came ridiculously quick today, but I didn't have anything tempting me to curl in bed for a few more hours, so I got my ass up and ran. Knew it was going to be a fun run when the first song on my ipod playing was "Come baby come" by k7. Spent the entire run listening to old school hip hop/rap . Felt pretty good this morning, legs a wee bit tired from yesterdays double but managed to keep a good pace and run negative splits. Weather was perfect for running, nice and cool and I got to watch sunrise, good way to start the day...Happy Thursday DM :)
