Started out not knowing how this was going to go, my legs felt very heavy this morning. But after the first 2 miles I really found my stride and managed to pull negative splits the whole time. first 4 is on trails on the back side of the lake, rolling small hills, no big ones, 4-8 were on roads, nothing special hill wise, some good terrain for training though! Was a gorgeous morning, sunny, clear skies...had some shade on the trail and great views the whole time of the lake, no complaints!
