The BF got me to agree to run with him on trails tonight for a hill workout....my track record running on trails is not very good (usually ends with stitches)...but this was a success :) Enjoyed some good conversation, some good hills, great views and NO falls!!!! He was a good coach today, let me know when to prepare for the big hills, let me know when to push and reminded me to tuck my elbows back...and I was rewarded with King and I thai food.....and for those of you not from rochester...thats a big reward!! My favorite!
