      I will be writing the details of the haliburton trail race this weekend. There were some awesome runners out there. The 100 mile winner completed 100 miles in dreadful conditions in less than 19 hours! Stay tuned!

    Great little early morning run in High Park. It was cold -2C and the grass was frozen!
