Swam under the watchful eye of Noa Deutsch, my coach. She gave me great pointers (some new, some reminders). I have a long way to go to improve my swimming. Anyway, it was a good set.
Highlight was doing 100ms breathing every 3, 5, and 7. I started getting a little nervous for air on the 7s.
So . . . my coach has put me on to the training peaks website, which has more features than dailymile but seems to have been built in 1996 (no joke, the site doesn't even allow copy/paste actions).
Anyway, I'm not sure how much I'll be doubling up posting here and there. Time will tell. I mean, I don't have much time to tell my workout tales twice.

ooh, hypoxic! did you do any swims for time afterwards? i always feel like i can sprint faster with less effort after doing a hypoxic set. hope you keep posting here. i enjoy reading your workouts!

No. No sprints. I did find it really easy to breathe after doing the 7s. 4 felt like nothing. Next time, I'll try to do a sprint after.

yeah, that's how i feel, too. 4 - easy peasy! but getting there (on 7) is rough!
