Did a long warm up then ran 3/4 the way up Mt. Doug. Then, I ran a large hill 5 times. I think the hill is about 350m, maybe a little more. It took me about 1:30-1:35 to run it each time. It was really hard and hurting. Probably good for me.
I've decided to let myself enjoy life and the holidays and then, starting in Dec., kick all my bad habits (wine, chocolate, licorice) and get to training with a great deal more focus and seriousness.
My Garmin seemed to have gone AWOL on this run. I'm not sure what happened, but the data seems to have been lost in the sync. Too bad, I would have liked to know my heart rate on the hill efforts.
