Some hill running and timed lap running today. I am sore for longer runs I did on the weekend, but nevertheless held it together.

I think I ran a 3:47 pace in the time trial, which is not my fastest pace. Then we did some hill sets. OUCH.

I need to work on my core strength. I'm folding up a bit on the hill. For a bit read a lot.

I totally forgot my HR monitor today. I wish I had it for the timed lap.
