Thanks, Jill. I have never had allergies like the ones I have had here. They are non-stop. I was warned though by a girlfriend that this place would do it to me. She was right.

The post-nasal drip developed into a deep burny cough, which is why I haven't been running.

She gave me antibiotics for the infection just yesterday that I started with a double dose, and I am crossing my fingers. I think it might be breaking things up as my nose is much more like a water faucet today.

Yeah. I wanted to buy a lottery ticket so I walked 1.5 miles to a strip mall. In it, I saw a New Balance shop right next to a Performance Bike store. I went in and asked the salesman where the runners are. He asked where I was from then smiled. "They don't run here like in Portland". He said very few do here, especially this time of the year. The nearest place to find others would be a park that is a 20 minute drive (with a car I don't have).
