      yeah- for an endurance runner, a half might be both the easiest and the hardest race. if run properly- you're at lactate threshold the whole time, and then inch above it for as long as you can towards the end.

    Totally a guess on mileage. Home on Long Island for two nights showing the Millers around. Ran through the old neighborhood showing them stuff. In to the city today for some fun.

    Paced Abby from miles 70-90 at Vermont 100. She had a tough time but I pulled her through and she did amazing. New PR for her. She's now halfway through the Slam!
