    I felt like I was dying the entire time, but I beat my score from last week by 48 reps! I vaguely remember having arm muscles in my college swimming days; they're coming out of hibernation :)

      Thanks Matt! I saw you did another race recently! New PR! Way to go! I'm trying to get my overall shape back where it needs to be before I start doing long distance again. I'm doing Inferno (insanity but a difference company) and it's murder! I'd rather pound pavement!
