Another gorgeous day that makes me happy down to my core. I took Raven with me and we ran the first mile and then walked the rest. I stopped a couple of times and did:
Incline push ups 2x10
Tricep dips with legs extended 2x10
crunches 2x20
bicycle crunches 1x20
plank 1x35sec
side planks 30 sec each side
