    Ran on the treadmill today. Did quarter mile intervals 10:00 and 8:13-8:34 for 2 miles. Bumped the incline up to 6 and walked for a bit then upped the pace to 12:30 and jogged some.

    Got on the bike and tried to make up ground I lost on the swim. Course was crowded in places. Overall I felt very good on the bike.

    Just a quick spin around the neighborhood. Lots of stop signs and cornering, but a few good straightaways where I could pick up speed. Average speed: 15.6 mph; Max speed: 25.8 mph.

    Didn't keep track of laps. Mostly did 50 m repeats, a couple of 100m and I timed myself on a 200m (5:40). Swimming is my weakest, but I am going to keep working at it.
