      Sticker burrs are evil! We have them at our farm, and they get into the house, and I have stepped on many of them while barefoot. Good park miles!

    With a feels like temp of 99 degrees I am very pleased with this run. Paced slowed a little each mile as I heated up, but overall I felt good and kept the pace comfortable.
