    My legs are sore from lunges I did on Thursday and my knees were bothering me so I stopped to stretch a bunch. Otherwise I felt great. Just took it nice and slow and enjoyed the beautiful morning :)

      Welcome back!! Once school starts, you will feel like your old self again. I overindulged all summer, and after a week of my routine and eating well again, I feel much better. (I still have a few more pounds to shed, but I feel great.) Very nice long miles!!
