    great treadmill

    6 x 400's. With warm up & cooldown it was just over 3 miles. Not 100% on what the time was. It was rough, but felt awesome.

    Felt good. Faster than usual - but shorter distance.. Felt pretty good. Some leg cramping but it pretty much went away.
