    Knee was sore from the beginning. Dumb runners knee! Icing and stretching. Any tips out there for supporting a quick recovery?

    Ran the first 5 this morning and then had an apt then came home and finished the last 2. Knee felt pretty good. Walked a bit. Feeling stronger!

      Have you invested in Super Feet yet? They are pricey ($60) or so but worth it. It may also be your IT Band. My IT band kills constantly ( started in my hip snd spread to my knee). I heard a foam roller or a wine bottle wrapped in a towel works great for stretching it. Ice cups even afteran easy day and on off days work wonders too. Good luck I know how mmuch knee pain sucks.

      That happened to me last week! It went away after I foam rolled my it band multiple times a day for a few days. Good to see you out there! :)
