I was feeling pretty lousy this morning, but the workout made me feel MUCH better. I sure hope I can keep that up. No bad morning sickness yet. Just a little yucky here and there. 6 weeks tomorrow!


That's awesome! I found that in that first trimester physical activity (moderate of course) was great for flushing the blahs, or at least distracting from them :)
