      Yay Carrie! Good to see you again! Only 15 pounds is incredible. My first pregnancy I gained 50! I know you are starting to get anxious for your little one to arrive, but enjoy the peace and quiet while you have it :)

  2. Still sick, but still alive. 8 weeks today. Looking forward to feeling like myself again. Keep up the good work everyone, I am living vicariously through you all!!

      Hang in there! I had to take it slow during the first tri because of miscarriage risk. Then, after about 10 weeks, I was able to pick up the pace a bit. I do have to admit that, even now at 23 weeks, working out in whatever way makes me feel so much better throughout the entire day. Did you get the info that you were looking for on heart rate?

      Thanks girls. Kmc, right about the time I figured out my HR comfort zone, I got sick. I can't wait until I feel like moving again.

    I was feeling pretty lousy this morning, but the workout made me feel MUCH better. I sure hope I can keep that up. No bad morning sickness yet. Just a little yucky here and there. 6 weeks tomorrow!

      That's awesome! I found that in that first trimester physical activity (moderate of course) was great for flushing the blahs, or at least distracting from them :)

    Hard work keeping my HR moderate. Got it to hang around 155 and it felt good, so I went with it. There is a lot to be said for listening to your body. I feel fantastic again today.
